Trainers and private tutors

QR codes for personal trainers

Each client’s routine, behind their own code.

You change it on Sunday and they have it on Monday, without sending a PDF on WhatsApp.

Scan it — it is a real one

You pick what it is for, not between eighteen types of code.
Six uses

Six places to put it

On the client’s card, on the board, on the routine sheet. Each one with its own code and its own numbers.

01

Training routine

This week’s, without forwarding a PDF every Monday.

02

Book a class

Your calendar, with real availability and no message chains.

03

Progress log

Where they record their numbers, which is what makes them come back.

04

Class material

Technique videos, at the moment of doing the exercise.

05

Plans and programmes

What you offer and at what price, updated without reprinting.

06

Attendance

They scan on arrival and it is recorded.

Why dynamic

The difference starts at the printer

A plain QR code

The address lives inside it

You change the routine every four weeks. With a plain code, every change is a new PDF on WhatsApp to every client, and half of them stay on the old one.

And you never learn how many people used it, because it does not pass through anywhere that could count.

A dynamic QR code

We keep the address for you

The code points at QRlify and QRlify points wherever you say. Change the destination whenever you like and whatever you printed still works.

And because every scan passes through here, it can be counted.

What you see the next morning

How many open the routine, and on which days. That tells you who is actually training and who has not looked at it for two weeks.

The day-by-day and per-campaign detail starts on the Starter plan. The scan count is on every plan.

How it is done

Four steps and it is on their card

You say what you do

Pick «Personal and professional» and then «Personal trainer». That is enough for us to know what to offer, so you never choose between eighteen types of code.

You pick what it is for

Routine, bookings, progress, material, plans or attendance. Each one arrives with its field ready.

You give it your colours

Two colours and, on a paid plan, your logo in the middle. Black on white also works, and scans just as well.

You download and print it

PNG or SVG, at whatever size you need. From then on, anything that changes you change from the dashboard.

A page, not a link

All of it together, in a QCard

A QR code leads to one place. A QCard is a page of yours with several buttons: the routine, booking, the material, the plans and your WhatsApp.

You point a single code at that page and change the buttons whenever you like. This month’s block replaces the last one without telling anyone.

Yes: every scan is recorded. From the Starter plan you see the detail by day, which is what gives away the client who has not looked at it for two weeks.
