Gyms and fitness centres

QR codes in gyms

A code on the machine and nobody uses it wrong again.

The technique video, the class booking and the prices, without going via reception.

QR code that opens the QRlify generator
Scan it — it is a real one
The QRlify generator showing a gym’s use cases: book a class, the routine on the machine, memberships and prices, guest wifi, reviews and challenges
You pick what it is for, not between eighteen types of code.
Six uses

Six places to put it

On the machine, on the class board, at reception. Each one with its own code and its own numbers.

01

Book a class

The timetable with real availability, not the one on the wall.

02

The routine on the machine

The technique video, on the machine and in the moment.

03

Memberships and prices

What each plan costs, updated without reprinting the sign.

04

Guest wifi

The phone offers to connect and reception stops reading out the password.

05

Reviews

At the end of a class, which is when people feel good about themselves.

06

Challenges and progress

This month’s challenge and the board, on a page you change monthly.

Why dynamic

The difference starts at the printer

A plain QR code

The address lives inside it

You raise the fees, change the class timetable or shoot new videos, and the stickers on thirty machines and the sign at reception are all out of date.

And you never learn how many people used it, because it does not pass through anywhere that could count.

A dynamic QR code

We keep the address for you

The code points at QRlify and QRlify points wherever you say. Change the destination whenever you like and whatever you printed still works.

And because every scan passes through here, it can be counted.

What you see the next morning

How many scans, and on which machine. That shows which kit actually gets used and which corner of the gym nobody walks into.

The day-by-day and per-campaign detail starts on the Starter plan. The scan count is on every plan.

How it is done

Four steps and it is on the machine

You say what you do

Pick «Businesses and organisations» and then «Gyms and sport». That is enough for us to know what to offer, so you never choose between eighteen types of code.

You pick what it is for

Classes, routines, memberships, wifi, reviews or challenges. Each one arrives with its field ready.

You give it your colours

Two colours and, on a paid plan, your logo in the middle. Black on white also works, and scans just as well.

You download and print it

PNG or SVG, at whatever size you need. From then on, anything that changes you change from the dashboard.

A page, not a link

All of it together, in a QCard

A QR code leads to one place. A QCard is a page of yours with several buttons: book a class, the prices, this month’s challenge, reception’s WhatsApp and the socials.

You point a single code at that page and change the buttons whenever you like. January’s challenge replaces December’s without touching a single sticker.

Questions

What gyms usually ask

Yes, and it is the most common setup. One per machine pointing at its video, all grouped under the same name so you can see them together in the dashboard from the Starter plan.
Yes, if the code is dynamic. The prices live on your page; the printed code does not change.
The code leads to your booking system, so capacity is handled there. What the code adds is that people get there without typing an address.
Yes: it carries the network and the password inside and the phone offers to connect. Anyone who scans it can read the password, so use it with the guest network.
Creating and downloading a static code is free and unlimited. The dynamic one — the one you can change and measure — starts on the free plan. See the plans.

The routine changes. The sticker does not.

No credit card. Ready in thirty seconds.
