Freelancers and self-employed work

QR codes for freelancers

Your portfolio and your calendar, on a card that does not expire.

You change website or number and the hundred cards you handed out still work.

You pick what it is for, not between eighteen types of code.
Six uses

Six places to put it

On the card, on the proposal, on the invoice. Each one with its own code and its own numbers.

01

My portfolio

The work you have done, which is what closes the deal.

02

Request a quote

A form with the questions you always end up asking anyway.

03

Business card

They save you to their contacts without typing your name.

04

Book a call

Your calendar, without the six emails to find a time.

05

Project delivery

The final files, in a link that does not expire in seven days.

06

Referral programme

The cheapest thing you will ever do to find the next client.

Why dynamic

The difference starts at the printer

A plain QR code

The address lives inside it

You change domain, number or scheduling tool and the cards you handed out over the last year lead somewhere that is no longer yours.

And you never learn how many people used it, because it does not pass through anywhere that could count.

A dynamic QR code

We keep the address for you

The code points at QRlify and QRlify points wherever you say. Change the destination whenever you like and whatever you printed still works.

And because every scan passes through here, it can be counted.

What you see the next morning

How many scans, and when. That shows whether the card from the event did anything, or whether what brings clients is the code on the proposal.

The day-by-day and per-campaign detail starts on the Starter plan. The scan count is on every plan.

How it is done

Four steps and it is on your card

You say what you do

Pick «Personal and professional» and then «Freelancer». That is enough for us to know what to offer, so you never choose between eighteen types of code.

You pick what it is for

Portfolio, quote, contact, calendar, deliveries or referrals. Each one arrives with its field ready.

You give it your colours

Two colours and, on a paid plan, your logo in the middle. Black on white also works, and scans just as well.

You download and print it

PNG or SVG, at whatever size you need. From then on, anything that changes you change from the dashboard.

A page, not a link

All of it together, in a QCard

A QR code leads to one place. A QCard is a page of yours with several buttons: the portfolio, booking, the quote, your WhatsApp and your socials.

You point a single code at that page and change the buttons whenever you like. It is the closest thing to having a website without maintaining one.

Questions

What freelancers usually ask

Yes, and it is probably the best case: point the code at a QCard with your portfolio, your calendar and your contact. It takes minutes to set up and there is nothing to maintain.
Yes, if the code is dynamic. That is exactly the case where a static one forces you to bin what you already printed.
Yes, by pointing at your folder or your delivery. And because the destination changes, the same code serves the next version of the project.
No. Scans are counted and the device type and moment are recorded, but nobody is identified. To know who they are, they have to leave you their details.
Creating and downloading a static code is free and unlimited. The dynamic one starts on the free plan. See the plans.

You change website. The card still works.

No credit card. Ready in thirty seconds.
