QR codes in nonprofits

From the information table to the donation, in ten seconds.

Donate, sign up as a volunteer and see where the money went, behind the same code.

You pick what it is for, not between eighteen types of code.
Six uses

Six places to put it

On the information table, on the leaflet, on the collection tin. Each one with its own code and its own numbers.

01

Donate

Straight to the payment page, without typing an address one-handed.

02

Our impact

What was achieved, which is what turns interest into a donation.

03

Become a volunteer

The sign-up form, at the moment they feel like it.

04

Active campaign

The current one. When it ends, the same code leads to the next.

05

Transparency

The accounts, which is the first thing a donor looks at.

06

Fundraising event

Tickets and registration, without building a site per event.

Why dynamic

The difference starts at the printer

A plain QR code

The address lives inside it

The winter campaign ends and the thousand leaflets you handed out lead to a closed page. On a charity budget, reprinting is not always an option.

And you never learn how many people used it, because it does not pass through anywhere that could count.

A dynamic QR code

We keep the address for you

The code points at QRlify and QRlify points wherever you say. Change the destination whenever you like and whatever you printed still works.

And because every scan passes through here, it can be counted.

What you see the next morning

How many scans, and at which event. That shows which information table works and where it is worth turning up again next year.

The day-by-day and per-campaign detail starts on the Starter plan. The scan count is on every plan.

How it is done

Four steps and it is on the table

You say what you do

Pick «Businesses and organisations» and then «Nonprofits and foundations». That is enough for us to know what to offer, so you never choose between eighteen types of code.

You pick what it is for

Donate, impact, volunteering, campaign, transparency or events. Each one arrives with its field ready.

You give it your colours

Two colours and, on a paid plan, your logo in the middle. Black on white also works, and scans just as well.

You download and print it

PNG or SVG, at whatever size you need. From then on, anything that changes you change from the dashboard.

A page, not a link

All of it together, in a QCard

A QR code leads to one place. A QCard is a page of yours with several buttons: donate, the impact, volunteering, the transparency report and the next event.

You point a single code at that page and change the buttons whenever you like. The summer campaign replaces the winter one without reprinting a leaflet.

A nonprofit QCard on a phone: organisation name, description and buttons to donate, become a volunteer, our impact and the transparency report
Questions

What nonprofits usually ask

Yes, and for an organisation on a tight budget it is the main argument. You change the destination and what you handed out still works.
Yes, by pointing at your payment page or your donation form. QRlify does not process payments: it leads to wherever you process them.
Yes. Static codes are free and unlimited, and the free plan includes one dynamic code. For a small organisation that is usually enough to start.
You can tell which code was scanned most and when. To attribute specific donations, use one code per event with its own URL and cross-reference in your payment provider.
Creating and downloading a static code is free and unlimited. The dynamic one — the one you can change and measure — starts on the free plan. See the plans.
