Public administration and citizen services

QR codes in government

The requirements, up to date on the sign at the counter.

Applications, case tracking and citizen reports, without waiting for the next print run.

QR code that opens the QRlify generator
Scan it — it is a real one
The QRlify generator showing government use cases: start an application, track my case, citizen report, service directory, requirements and public consultation
You pick what it is for, not between eighteen types of code.
Six uses

Six places to put it

At the counter, on the street sign, on street furniture. Each one with its own code and its own numbers.

01

Start an application

To the right form, not the front page of the portal.

02

Track my case

The status of the file, without queueing again.

03

Citizen report

A pothole or a broken streetlight, with the location already identified.

04

Service directory

What each office does and when it opens.

05

Requirements

The current list, which changes more often than anyone reprints.

06

Public consultation

Participation, in the place the decision affects.

Why dynamic

The difference starts at the printer

A plain QR code

The address lives inside it

The requirements for a procedure change, or an office’s hours, and the printed signs keep saying the old thing until the next printing contract.

And you never learn how many people used it, because it does not pass through anywhere that could count.

A dynamic QR code

We keep the address for you

The code points at QRlify and QRlify points wherever you say. Change the destination whenever you like and whatever you printed still works.

And because every scan passes through here, it can be counted.

What you see the next morning

How many scans, and at which office. That shows which procedure generates the most queries and where the information needs reinforcing.

The day-by-day and per-campaign detail starts on the Starter plan. The scan count is on every plan.

How it is done

Four steps and it is at the counter

You say what you do

Pick «Businesses and organisations» and then «Government and administration». That is enough for us to know what to offer, so you never choose between eighteen types of code.

You pick what it is for

Applications, tracking, reports, directory, requirements or consultations. Each one arrives with its field ready.

You give it your colours

Two colours and, on a paid plan, your logo in the middle. Black on white also works, and scans just as well.

You download and print it

PNG or SVG, at whatever size you need. From then on, anything that changes you change from the dashboard.

A page, not a link

All of it together, in a QCard

A QR code leads to one place. A QCard is a page of yours with several buttons: the procedure, the requirements, case tracking, the directory and the citizen report.

You point a single code at that page and change the buttons whenever you like. A rule change goes live the same day, without waiting to reprint signs.

Questions

What public bodies usually ask

Yes, and in a setting where rules change faster than the printing budget it is the main reason. You change the destination and the sign stays up.
No. QRlify records the scan — when, what kind of device, which browser language — so it can be counted, but it does not identify the person. The data for the procedure lives in your own platform, not here.
Yes, by pointing at your form. Placed on street furniture, the report arrives with the location already identified if you use one code per point.
Yes, and it is what we would recommend: grouped under the same name they compare to each other in the dashboard from the Starter plan.
Creating and downloading a static code is free and unlimited. The dynamic one — the one you can change and measure — starts on the free plan. See the plans.
