Events, fairs and conferences

QR codes at events

The programme changes the night before. The poster does not.

Tickets, registration, times and directions, editable until a minute before.

QR code that opens the QRlify generator
Scan it — it is a real one
The QRlify generator showing an event’s use cases: buy tickets, attendee registration, programme, how to get there, venue wifi and the event page
You pick what it is for, not between eighteen types of code.
Six uses

Six places to put it

On the poster, on the badge, on the door of each room. Each one with its own code and its own numbers.

01

Buy tickets

From the poster to the checkout, without typing an address by hand.

02

Attendee registration

The badge form, before the queue at the entrance.

03

Programme

Times and rooms. A speaker drops out and you fix it without reprinting.

04

How to get there

The map and the transport, which is question number one.

05

Venue wifi

The phone offers to connect without going past the desk.

06

Event page

Everything together, for the poster that will be out there for a month.

Why dynamic

The difference starts at the printer

A plain QR code

The address lives inside it

At an event everything changes until the last day: times, rooms, speakers. With a plain code, every change leaves the posters already up quietly lying.

And you never learn how many people used it, because it does not pass through anywhere that could count.

A dynamic QR code

We keep the address for you

The code points at QRlify and QRlify points wherever you say. Change the destination whenever you like and whatever you printed still works.

And because every scan passes through here, it can be counted.

What you see the next morning

How many scans, and from which poster. That tells you which part of the city brought people and which was money thrown away.

The day-by-day and per-campaign detail starts on the Starter plan. The scan count is on every plan.

How it is done

Four steps and it is on the poster

You say what you do

Pick «Businesses and organisations» and then «Events and conferences». That is enough for us to know what to offer, so you never choose between eighteen types of code.

You pick what it is for

Tickets, registration, programme, directions, wifi or the event page. Each one arrives with its field ready.

You give it your colours

Two colours and, on a paid plan, your logo in the middle. Black on white also works, and scans just as well.

You download and print it

PNG or SVG, at whatever size you need. From then on, anything that changes you change from the dashboard.

A page, not a link

All of it together, in a QCard

A QR code leads to one place. A QCard is a page of yours with several buttons: the tickets, the programme, how to get there, the wifi and the organiser’s contact.

You point a single code at that page and change the buttons whenever you like. Before the event it shows tickets; during, the programme; afterwards, the photos.

Questions

What organisers usually ask

Yes, and at an event it is the main reason to go dynamic. A speaker drops out at eleven at night, you change the page, and the posters around the city still work.
Yes. Point it at a QCard and change the buttons as the moment changes: tickets before, programme during, photos and a survey afterwards.
Yes. Create one code per location or placement, group them under the same campaign name, and from the Starter plan the dashboard compares them.
Door control needs your ticketing platform, which is what validates each ticket. The QRlify code is for getting people to the checkout, the registration and the programme.
Creating and downloading a static code is free and unlimited. The dynamic one — the one you can change and measure — starts on the free plan. See the plans.

The programme changes. The poster stays up.
