QR codes for musicians

A code in the open case and they hear you before they walk off.

And it leads to your music on whatever platform, today and in two years.

QR code that opens the QRlify generator
Scan it — it is a real one
The QRlify generator showing a musician’s use cases: listen, upcoming dates, request a song, unreleased material, book us for an event and merch
You pick what it is for, not between eighteen types of code.
Six uses

Six places to put it

On the poster, in the open case, on the merch. Each one with its own code and its own numbers.

01

Listen

To your music, on whichever platform the person scanning uses.

02

Upcoming dates

The calendar, which changes every week while the poster does not.

03

Request a song

A form and the room picks. It works better than whoever shouts loudest.

04

Unreleased material

What is not out yet, for whoever bothers to scan.

05

Book us for an event

The form that leads to a gig, not to an "I will message you".

06

Merch

The shop, at the moment they have just watched you play.

Why dynamic

The difference starts at the printer

A plain QR code

The address lives inside it

With a plain code, March’s gig poster is rubbish by April. And if you change distributor, the code on the record leads to an empty profile.

And you never learn how many people used it, because it does not pass through anywhere that could count.

A dynamic QR code

We keep the address for you

The code points at QRlify and QRlify points wherever you say. Change the destination whenever you like and whatever you printed still works.

And because every scan passes through here, it can be counted.

What you see the next morning

How many scans, and at which gig. That shows which room connects and which one is not worth going back to.

The day-by-day and per-campaign detail starts on the Starter plan. The scan count is on every plan.

How it is done

Four steps and it is in the case

You say what you do

Pick «Personal and professional» and then «Musician». That is enough for us to know what to offer, so you never choose between eighteen types of code.

You pick what it is for

Listen, dates, requests, unreleased, bookings or merch. Each one arrives with its field ready.

You give it your colours

Two colours and, on a paid plan, your logo in the middle. Black on white also works, and scans just as well.

You download and print it

PNG or SVG, at whatever size you need. From then on, anything that changes you change from the dashboard.

A page, not a link

All of it together, in a QCard

A QR code leads to one place. A QCard is a page of yours with several buttons: Spotify, YouTube, the dates, the booking form and the merch.

You point a single code at that page and change the buttons whenever you like. The tour poster works for the next tour.

Questions

What musicians usually ask

It can lead to a page with all your platforms, which is the usual setup. And with the Smart QR you can add rules by device or language if you want to split them.
It is one of the best uses: people scan, listen later and sometimes book you. Print it large and with strong contrast so it reads from a distance and in bad light.
Yes, if it is dynamic. You change the destination to the new dates and the print goes back up.
Yes, with one code per gig or per city, grouped under the same name. From the Starter plan the dashboard compares them.
Creating and downloading a static code is free and unlimited. The dynamic one starts on the free plan. See the plans.

The tour ends. The poster serves the next one.
