Bars, pubs and cocktail bars

QR codes in bars

The same code shows happy hour at six and the full list at eleven.

It is the only thing on the bar you never have to print again.

Six uses

Six places to put it

The list on the table, the hours on the bar, the gig poster on the door. Each one with its own code and its own numbers.

01

Drinks list

You change cocktails and prices from the dashboard. Nothing printed is touched.

02

Happy hour by the clock

A Smart QR that opens the deal on weekdays and the full list the rest of the time.

03

Event tickets

Point it at your ticketing platform. Change the event without changing the poster.

04

Song requests

A form, and the room picks. It works better than whoever shouts loudest.

05

Table bookings

Date, time and party size, straight from your calendar and with no phone calls.

06

Guest wifi

The phone offers to connect. Without reading out the password fifty times a night.

Why dynamic

The difference starts at the printer

A plain QR code

The address lives inside it

The day you change the list, put the beer up or finish a run of gigs, that code is dead weight. The bar, the tables and the poster all get reprinted.

And you never learn how many people used it, because it does not pass through anywhere that could count.

A dynamic QR code

We keep the address for you

The code points at QRlify and QRlify points wherever you say. Change the destination whenever you like and whatever you printed still works.

And because every scan passes through here, it can be counted.

What you see the next morning

How many scans, and at what hour. That shows whether happy hour moves anything, and whether the poster on the door brings anyone in or just decorates it.

The day-by-day and per-campaign detail starts on the Starter plan. The scan count is on every plan.

How it is done

Four steps and it is on the bar

You say what you do

Pick «Businesses and organisations» and then «Bars and pubs». That is enough for us to know what to offer, so you never choose between eighteen types of code.

You pick what it is for

Drinks list, happy hour, tickets, requests, bookings or wifi. Each one arrives with its field ready.

You give it your colours

Two colours and, on a paid plan, your logo in the middle. Black on white also works, and scans just as well.

You download and print it

PNG or SVG, at whatever size you need. From then on, anything that changes you change from the dashboard.

A page, not a link

All of it together, in a QCard

A QR code leads to one place. A QCard is a page of yours with several buttons: the list, this week’s lineup, the tickets, Instagram and how to find you.

You point a single code at that page and change the buttons whenever you like. Thursday’s gig goes up on Monday and comes down on Friday, without touching anything printed.

A bar QCard on a phone: name, description and buttons to the drinks list, tickets for the next gig, the reviews and WhatsApp
Questions

What bars usually ask

Yes, that is the Smart QR. You set rules — seven to nine, the deal; the rest, the full list — and the same printed code opens one or the other. The rules change whenever you want.
That is the idea. The code points at QRlify and QRlify points at your list. You change the destination from the dashboard and the sticker on the bar still works.
Yes, by pointing the code at your ticketing platform. When that event is over you change the destination to the next one and the poster on the door gets reused.
The code carries the network and the password inside, and the phone offers to connect directly. Bear in mind that anyone who scans it can read that password, so use it with the guest network.
Creating and downloading a static code is free and unlimited. The dynamic one — the one you can change and measure — starts on the free plan. See the plans.

The list changes every season. The code does not.
