Logistics, transport and delivery

QR codes in logistics

Tracking, stuck to the parcel.

Paperwork, delivery confirmation and incidents, without calling operations.

QR code that opens the QRlify generator
Scan it — it is a real one

You pick what it is for, not between eighteen types of code.
Six uses

Six places to put it

On the box, on the pallet, on the dock door. Each one with its own code and its own numbers.

01

Track the shipment

Tracking, without anyone typing a twenty-digit number.

02

Shipment paperwork

Delivery note, invoice and permits, together and on the load.

03

Confirm delivery

A form that closes the delivery on the spot.

04

Driver information

Dock hours, access and who to ask for.

05

Report an incident

Damage or a shortfall, with the shipment already identified.

06

Operations contact

Who to call, without digging through the email chain.

Why dynamic

The difference starts at the printer

A plain QR code

The address lives inside it

You change carrier or tracking platform and every printed label leads to a page that is no longer yours.

And you never learn how many people used it, because it does not pass through anywhere that could count.

A dynamic QR code

We keep the address for you

The code points at QRlify and QRlify points wherever you say. Change the destination whenever you like and whatever you printed still works.

And because every scan passes through here, it can be counted.

What you see the next morning

How many scans, and at which point on the route. That shows where the process jams and which information actually gets looked at.

The day-by-day and per-campaign detail starts on the Starter plan. The scan count is on every plan.

How it is done

Four steps and it is on the label

You say what you do

Pick «Businesses and organisations» and then «Logistics and transport». That is enough for us to know what to offer, so you never choose between eighteen types of code.

You pick what it is for

Tracking, paperwork, delivery, driver info, incidents or contact. Each one arrives with its field ready.

You give it your colours

Two colours and, on a paid plan, your logo in the middle. Black on white also works, and scans just as well.

You download and print it

PNG or SVG, at whatever size you need. From then on, anything that changes you change from the dashboard.

A page, not a link

All of it together, in a QCard

A QR code leads to one place. A QCard is a page of yours with several buttons: the tracking, the paperwork, the incident report and the operations contact.

You point a single code at that page and change the buttons whenever you like. Changing carrier does not mean reprinting a single label.

Questions

What logistics teams usually ask

Yes, and it is the case that best justifies a dynamic code here. You change the destination to the new tracking page and what is printed still works.
For now codes are created one at a time from the dashboard. If you need high volume per batch, write to us and we will look at it.
Yes, by pointing at your form or your system. What the code adds is getting there without typing anything while wearing gloves.
The code reads without data, but opening the destination needs a network. In warehouses it is worth having wifi in the areas where scanning happens.
Creating and downloading a static code is free and unlimited. The dynamic one — the one you can change and measure — starts on the free plan. See the plans.

The carrier changes. The label does not.
