Dealerships, workshops and car sales

QR codes in the automotive trade

The windscreen shows the price. The code shows the whole car.

Details, test drive and quote, including when the dealership is closed.

Six uses

Six places to put it

On the windscreen, on the workshop counter, in the glovebox. Each one with its own code and its own numbers.

01

Vehicle sheet

Trim, mileage and price, including at eleven on a Sunday night.

02

Book a test drive

They pick a slot without waiting for the dealership to open.

03

Quote

A form with the vehicle already identified.

04

Service history

What has been done to it, which is what decides a used purchase.

05

Owner’s manual

In the glovebox, without the four-hundred-page brick.

06

Book a service

The next service, from inside the car itself.

Why dynamic

The difference starts at the printer

A plain QR code

The address lives inside it

The car sells, the price changes or the offer ends, and the windscreen card has to be remade. With thirty cars on the forecourt, that is every single day.

And you never learn how many people used it, because it does not pass through anywhere that could count.

A dynamic QR code

We keep the address for you

The code points at QRlify and QRlify points wherever you say. Change the destination whenever you like and whatever you printed still works.

And because every scan passes through here, it can be counted.

What you see the next morning

How many scans, and on which vehicle. That shows which car on the forecourt people actually want, including outside opening hours.

The day-by-day and per-campaign detail starts on the Starter plan. The scan count is on every plan.

How it is done

Four steps and it is on the windscreen

You say what you do

Pick «Businesses and organisations» and then «Automotive». That is enough for us to know what to offer, so you never choose between eighteen types of code.

You pick what it is for

Vehicle sheet, test drive, quote, history, manual or servicing. Each one arrives with its field ready.

You give it your colours

Two colours and, on a paid plan, your logo in the middle. Black on white also works, and scans just as well.

You download and print it

PNG or SVG, at whatever size you need. From then on, anything that changes you change from the dashboard.

A page, not a link

All of it together, in a QCard

A QR code leads to one place. A QCard is a page of yours with several buttons: the sheet, the test drive, the quote, the history and the salesperson’s WhatsApp.

You point a single code at that page and change the buttons whenever you like. When the car sells, the same laminated card moves to the next one.

A dealership QCard on a phone: vehicle model, description and buttons to the sheet, book a test drive, the quote and the salesperson’s WhatsApp
Questions

What the automotive trade usually asks

Yes, and with a full forecourt that is what really saves work. You change the destination to the next vehicle and the laminated card goes straight back out.
That is its best moment: someone walking past the forecourt on a Sunday scans, sees the details and books a test drive with nobody there.
Yes. One code per vehicle, grouped under the same name, and from the Starter plan the dashboard compares them.
Yes, if the code is dynamic: the price lives in the listing, not in the code.
Creating and downloading a static code is free and unlimited. The dynamic one — the one you can change and measure — starts on the free plan. See the plans.
