QR codes in real estate

The sign shows the façade. The code shows the whole flat.

And when it sells, the same sign points at the next one.

You pick what it is for, not between eighteen types of code.
Six uses

Six places to put it

On the window sign, on the leaflet, on the agent’s card. Each one with its own code and its own numbers.

01

Property sheet

Size, floor plan and price. You change the price without changing the sign.

02

Virtual tour

The inside of the flat, at eleven at night and from the sofa.

03

Book a viewing

They pick a slot in your calendar, without the round of phone calls.

04

Agent contact

WhatsApp straight away, with the property already identified.

05

Full portfolio

Everything you have on your books, not just what is in the window.

06

Paperwork

Deeds, energy certificate and floor plans, in one PDF.

Why dynamic

The difference starts at the printer

A plain QR code

The address lives inside it

The flat sells and the sign goes in the bin. The price drops and it gets reprinted. The agent changes and the number on the leaflet no longer answers.

And you never learn how many people used it, because it does not pass through anywhere that could count.

A dynamic QR code

We keep the address for you

The code points at QRlify and QRlify points wherever you say. Change the destination whenever you like and whatever you printed still works.

And because every scan passes through here, it can be counted.

What you see the next morning

How many scans, and from which street. That shows which sign pulls, and whether the portal is worth what it charges — because yours you count yourself.

The day-by-day and per-campaign detail starts on the Starter plan. The scan count is on every plan.

How it is done

Four steps and it is on the sign

You say what you do

Pick «Businesses and organisations» and then «Real estate». That is enough for us to know what to offer, so you never choose between eighteen types of code.

You pick what it is for

Property sheet, virtual tour, viewings, contact, portfolio or paperwork. Each one arrives with its field ready.

You give it your colours

Two colours and, on a paid plan, your logo in the middle. Black on white also works, and scans just as well.

You download and print it

PNG or SVG, at whatever size you need. From then on, anything that changes you change from the dashboard.

A page, not a link

All of it together, in a QCard

A QR code leads to one place. A QCard is a page of yours with several buttons: the sheet, the tour, booking a viewing, your WhatsApp and the rest of your listings.

You point a single code at that page and change the buttons whenever you like. When it sells, you change the destination and the sign serves the next one.

Questions

What estate agencies usually ask

Yes, and it is the reason to use a dynamic code. You change the destination to the next property and the printed sign goes straight back up.
Yes. The price lives in the listing, not in the code. You change it on your page and the sign in the window is untouched.
Yes. Create one code per property and group them by area or campaign. From the Starter plan the dashboard compares them side by side.
You point the code at the new agent’s WhatsApp. Everything printed, including the cards already handed out, keeps working.
Creating and downloading a static code is free and unlimited. The dynamic one — the one you can change and measure — starts on the free plan. See the plans.

The property sells. The sign gets reused.
