QR codes for photographers

A code on the table and the guests see the whole album.

Another on the back of the print, and they order the next one without looking for you.

QR code that opens the QRlify generator
Scan it — it is a real one
The QRlify generator showing a photographer’s use cases: portfolio by specialty, book a shoot, private gallery, request a quote, see the full album and sell prints
You pick what it is for, not between eighteen types of code.
Six uses

Six places to put it

On the table at the event, on the back of the print, on the card. Each one with its own code and its own numbers.

01

Portfolio by specialty

Weddings to the engaged, product to the seller. Not everything to everyone.

02

Book a shoot

Your calendar, without the messages to settle a date.

03

Private gallery

The client’s photos, behind a code you give only to them.

04

Request a quote

A form with the things you always have to ask.

05

See the full album

A code on the table at the event and every guest sees it.

06

Sell prints

On the back of the printed photo, which is where reordering gets decided.

Why dynamic

The difference starts at the printer

A plain QR code

The address lives inside it

You change gallery service or the delivery link expires, and the cards you left on every table at the event lead to a dead page.

And you never learn how many people used it, because it does not pass through anywhere that could count.

A dynamic QR code

We keep the address for you

The code points at QRlify and QRlify points wherever you say. Change the destination whenever you like and whatever you printed still works.

And because every scan passes through here, it can be counted.

What you see the next morning

How many scans, and at which event. That shows whether table cards bring clients or are money spent at the printer.

The day-by-day and per-campaign detail starts on the Starter plan. The scan count is on every plan.

How it is done

Four steps and it is on the table

You say what you do

Pick «Personal and professional» and then «Photographer». That is enough for us to know what to offer, so you never choose between eighteen types of code.

You pick what it is for

Portfolio, bookings, private gallery, quote, album or print sales. Each one arrives with its field ready.

You give it your colours

Two colours and, on a paid plan, your logo in the middle. Black on white also works, and scans just as well.

You download and print it

PNG or SVG, at whatever size you need. From then on, anything that changes you change from the dashboard.

A page, not a link

All of it together, in a QCard

A QR code leads to one place. A QCard is a page of yours with several buttons: the portfolio, booking, the event album and your contact.

You point a single code at that page and change the buttons whenever you like. The table cards from one wedding serve the next one.

Questions

What photographers usually ask

Yes, and it is the normal setup: one per wedding or per shoot pointing at its gallery. If you change delivery service, you change the destinations and what you handed out still works.
The protection comes from your gallery service, with its password or private link. The code only leads there: whoever scans it reaches the door, it does not open it.
Yes, and it is where it converts best: they scan it with the photo in their hand. Print it at two and a half centimetres or more.
Yes, by grouping the codes per event. From the Starter plan the dashboard compares them.
Creating and downloading a static code is free and unlimited. The dynamic one starts on the free plan. See the plans.

The link expires. The card does not.
